- Answer customer questions regarding Focus
Spirit
Telecom products and recommend solutions.
- Provide technical, administrative
information and create quotes for customers.
- Close sales and process customer orders.
- Meeting and exceeding assigned goals.
- Take lead or provide support for various

Education/Qualifications :
- University Degree/College Diploma or
equivalent.
- One-year experience in Sales or related
field (Preferably in the IT hardware industry).
- Basic understanding of current
telecommunications and/or internet/IP-networking
technologies (preferred).
- Good verbal and written communication
skills.
- Any foreign language would be an asset
(Spanish, French, Russian).

This position will ensure system performance and

regarding the operation, administration and
maintenance of our Solutions. Troubleshooting
skills, experience & judgment to plan and
accomplish goals & resolve customer issues are
required.
Required skills include database administration
experience (with Microsoft SQL Server),
Extensive Computer & Networking Familiarity
(MCSE IT Certification, A+), MS- Office, C#,
.Net.
VoIP Quintum and Cisco would be an asset.

Administrative Support / Customer Service
Position
We are looking for a bright, energetic
individual to join our team for an
Administrative / Customer Support Role.

- Manage, coordinate and maintain files for
Accounting and Budgeting.
- Responsible for weekly data entry of
accounting and budget information into
Accounting Software.
- Assist in preparation of various financial
reporting which includes gathering accounting
information.
- Maintaining department tax and
correspondence files.
- Manage day to day responsibilities for the
day to day inputting, checking of invoices and
submitting all expenses in a timely manner.
- Support Sales team by responding to emails,
inbound calls or placing outbound customer calls
and answering the phones and assisting callers.
- Contribute to the marketing tasks like:
market research, potential client’s database
creation/maintenance, marketing campaigns (by

- Review and sort incoming correspondence and
when appropriate draft responses for
supervisors’ signatures, note supervisors’
availability on invitations, and highlight
requests that need a response or have a
deadline.
- Develop and maintain departmental files and
tracking systems to ensure information is
accessible to appropriate departmental staff.
- Process and submit departmental invoices.
- Draft and type memoranda and correspondence
and generate routine reports using MS Office
Applications.
- Draft and create complex PowerPoint
presentations and large personalized mailings
utilizing mail merge.
- Independently research, collect and compile
data from multiple sources (including web-based
searches) quickly and efficiently.
Education/Qualifications :
- University Degree/College Diploma or
equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years experience performing
secretarial/administrative functions required.
- Good verbal and written communication
skills.

Technical Writer
Responsibilities :
- Develop and revise the GUI for new and
existing software products.
- Develop/revise/maintain technical and user
documentation for our VoIP-based
prepaid/postpaid billing software.
- Revise minor/major parts of Focus Spirit Telecom's
existing web content.
- Contribute-to/Review technical brochures
related to new/existing application notes and
white papers.
- Develop/enhance documentation guidelines and
style templates.
- Collect feedback and interact with team
members within other departments (development,
sales/marketing, technical support) as part of
technical documentation development.
- Develop and adhere to project plans related
to documentation delivery.
Education/Qualifications :
- A student who is studying in
Telecommunications or IT related fields.
- Basic understanding of current
telecommunications and/or internet/IP-networking
technologies.
- Fluency in English and preferably with some
technical writing experience.
- Desired experience in creating and editing
technical documentation related to installation,
configuration, functional product descriptions
and user documentation.
